Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed
- Items that may have been tampered with after delivery
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
