I have a question about shipping

We offer Standard Shipping with Royal Mail 48 Tracked (takes 2-3 days) as well as Express Shipping via Royal Mail 24 Tracked (takes 1-2 days).

Need something in a hurry? We now offer faster delivery options for select postcodes in London. If your basket is eligible, this option will appear at the checkout page.

You’ll be able to choose between choosing a delivery window, immediate (within the hour!), same-day or next-day delivery.

I want to find out more about H!P chocolate

All H!P products use vegan-friendly ingredients.

Our products are made on machinery which may process milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, gluten, sesame seeds and other nuts.

For more info on allergens, please read the product descriptions on our website.

Our oat m!lk chocolate uses gluten-free oats, but some of our flavours use ingredients that contain gluten, so its always best to check the individual bars.

All of our recipes are nut-free. However, our factory does handle nuts so we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts in our chocolate.

Because of this our products are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

We don't use palm oil when making our chocolate. We do source some inclusions externally that contain palm oil, such as the pretzels and cookies in the Salty Pretzel and Cookies No Cream bars. Our goal is to eliminate the use of palm oil in all our products, and we've started looking into suppliers who can supply these ingredients without palm oil. However, initial quotes are for 5 tonnes, which would be a lot of chocolate bars! This isn’t currently possible at our stage and scale of the business, but we hope as we grow we will be able to make this change very soon!

We go above and beyond the fairtrade scheme, which we think is a little outdated with its high costs for farmers. You can read more about our sourcing policy here

We source all our cacao from Colombia.

You are read more about where and how we source our chocolate here.

Oat milk outperforms other plant milks on sustainability, healthiness and, most importantly, taste - it's why our chocolate is so creamy!

You can read more about the wonders of oat milk here.

I have a question about H!P's packaging

The outer packaging of our bars is made from recyclable cardboard. The inner clear film is made from wood pulp, an eco-friendly alternative to plastic wrapping, which can be composted at home.

All our pouches come in recyclable plastic packaging.

Yes, our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic free!

The outer packaging is made from cardboard and is fully recyclable.

The inner clear film is made from wood pulp and can be put in the compost bin.
