In celebration of National Popcorn Day (we’ll take any excuse to celebrate popcorn), we’re sharing our vegan-friendly Chocolate Popcorn Bark recipe, the perfect sweet treat for cosy nights in.
200g H!P Chocolate (we think the Salted Caramel Bar works best)
75g Sweet & Salty Popcorn
1 tbsp Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup or Peanut Butter (or all of them)
Step 1: Break up the chocolate and melt in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water
Step 2: Line a baking tray with parchment
Step 3: Once the chocolate has melted, pour into the baking tray and spread into an even layer
Step 4: Sprinkle over the popcorn (if the pieces look too big, you can crush them up a little)
Step 5: Drizzle over your topping of choice
Step 6: Pop the tray in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate has set
Step 7: Break into shards and enjoy!
